Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel UNIT: CASE MANAGEMENT MANAGER INTERVIEWS - BSN and EPIC experience are required. Certs Required: Experience Required: 2 – 3 years’ experience in a health care setting, preferably as a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) or in a clinical role such as medical assistant, certified nursing assistant or EMT. Floating: Potential for floating to Allenmore due for OOO coverage but low probability. Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Neurological conditions (post stroke/TIA/post ICU/TBI), Infectious diseases (long term IV antibiotics therapy), Orthopedic Conditions (post-surgical recovery).
