You will be responsible for designing and implementing small to moderate computer systems, supporting existing web-based computer programs, and participating in the technical design of larger systems, business practices, and process automation. You may also be required to provide lead work to other IT professionals in development efforts.This position requires an employee to be onsite at 625 Robert Street N, St. Paul MN at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location. Telework for Minnesota IT Services is available on a limited basis. Resume tips available here: Position requires a minimum of three (3) years of IT related experience in developing complete object-oriented Java web and .NET applications including analysis, design, implementation, build scripting, and unit testing.Experience must include:Java and .NET web application development frameworks, web application security integration, database integration, and performance analysis.Java build script development.Relational data modeling and SQL development.Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a manner that facilitates mutual understanding.
