Technical Director / Technical Project ManagerBethesda, MD (NCR / hybrid)Pay From: $140,000 per yearMUST:Experience technical Director / Technical Project ManagerActive DoW Top Secret with SCI eligibility10+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or Data analysisExperience with technical program executionStrong experience operating as a lead / project manager / technical Director and working as a player coachDemonstrated experience utilizing data analytical tools/platform (e.g., Power BI, Python, R, SQL, Tableau)Experience working in various OS to include Windows and Linux/UnixDevelopment experience and knowledge of various classes of software languages and development toolsets (Java, XML, etc.), including memory safe languages, frontend and backend languages, interpreted and scripting languages, markup languages, and backend databasesKnowledge in the development, review, and documentation of classification management business processes ensuring compliance with the DoD and DNI regulationsStrong understanding of Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and how they are used is preferredStrong communication skills including interpersonal, written, and verbalStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailAdvanced MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook application skillsBachelor s Degree in related fieldDUTIES:The ideal candidate will have a technical professional with a software engineering background focused on data analytics who understands software development and deployment in the DoD ecosystemThis position operates at the intersection of software development, data analytics, and project execution within a Department of Defense (DoD) environmentThe position will blend traditional coding practices with analytical techniques to drive project insight, automate workflows, and manage data infrastructure to merge software development with data interpretationSupport project leadership in writing code and analyzing data to influence business decisions, product development, and strategic directionProvide support to bridge the gap between engineering and data science to allow the creation of robust, scalable data tools and analysesApply data analytics tools across a varying number of SCGs to generate an appropriate classification of source materialsApply software engineering principles to data, such as data versioning, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure data qualityLeverage programming languages, tools, and/or enterprise level platforms to manage, manipulate, and query data stored in relational databasesQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
