Regional Manager

From strategic planning with CEO's, partnering with HR leaders on key projects, building high performing teams to coaching and recruiting the future of our client's organization.We are recruiting an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of properties across the Nashville, Chicago, Ohio and Kansas area for a growing, nationally recognized self-storage management company. This role is ideal for a seasoned operations leader who can confidently manage multiple locations, drive performance and revenue goals, and support the growth, development, and engagement of property-level teams.About the Role:This is not an entry-level or "learn-as-you-go" management position. We are intentionally seeking someone with depth of operational experience, strong leadership skills, and the confidence to operate independently while collaborating closely with corporate leadership.Experience Requirements:High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred3–5+ years in a multi-site supervisory or regional management roleExperience in self-storage, real estate, or multi-unit operations preferredProven ability to manage budgets, drive revenue, and optimize property performanceStrong leadership and team development experience, including coaching and performance managementRole Focus:Operations & Property OversightEnsure assigned properties meet financial, operational, and customer service goalsConduct regular property visits, audits, and inspections to maintain operational standardsReview property-level reports, budgets, and maintenance plans; recommend improvementsServe as a point of escalation for tenant, property owner, and team member issuesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise and support property managers and senior team members across multiple locationsCollaborate with HR and Training teams on hiring, onboarding, and professional developmentProvide coaching and performance guidance; complete performance reviews and feedback cyclesFoster engagement, morale, and a culture aligned with company valuesStrategic & Cross-Functional InitiativesPartner with leadership to drive operational improvements and property performance initiativesSupport marketing, revenue management, and customer experience strategiesContribute to policies, processes, and project implementation across the regionWhat We're Looking ForStrong foundation in multi-site operations with the ability to adapt to evolving prioritiesComfort with property management software, CRM tools, and reporting systemsSound judgment, professionalism, and confidence to operate autonomouslyClear communicator who balances accountability with empathyFlexible with travel as this role requires up to 50% travel, with the ability to visit properties frequently and work remotelyWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to step into a true regional management role with significant responsibility and impact.
