The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Field Operations team, which includes hiring, performance and account management, and direct oversight of all regions. This role demands the creation and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support and enhance operational efficiency within hospital partners. The SVP will also work closely with the CFO to develop and refine financial metrics and benchmarks, and will be instrumental in coaching and mentoring Vice Presidents to ensure clear performance targets and talent development. Key qualifications for this position include 7-10 years of experience managing a division or business unit with P&L responsibility, as well as a similar tenure in the hospital or healthcare field. Experience in Medicaid/HIPP/Revenue Cycle Management and a strong background in account management, finance, and data analytics are essential. The ideal candidate will embrace diversity, be able to travel nationally, and spend a significant amount of time in the Boston area. An MBA or MHA is preferred, and fluency in another language is a plus.
