Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Randolph, NJ, for a Mechanic. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance and repairs, conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues. Day-to-day activities may include servicing heavy equipment, inspecting and diagnosing mechanical problems, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and safely. The role requires maintaining a high standard of operational readiness within the company's facilities. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair practicesExperience working with Heavy Equipment and ensuring operational efficiencyStrong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving equipment-related issuesKnowledge of safety protocols and compliance with industry standardsStrong technical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExperience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plusRelevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred
