Due to significant expansion, we are seeking a dedicatedNurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)to join our clinical team. We offer a 100% outpatient environment dedicated to holistic women's health. Our model integrates primary care, gynecology, mental health, and medical aesthetics, utilizing specialized, patient-centric care plans for every individual. The Role & ScheduleWork-Life Balance:40-hour work week with dedicated blocks for both clinical and administrative tasks. No Burnout:No nights and no on-call responsibilities. Hours:Monday–Friday (with occasional Saturdays). Full Support:Work alongside a robust onsite team of Nurses and Medical Assistants. RequirementsCredentials:Board Certified NP or PA with an active California license and DEA. Experience:3+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women's Health (routine GYN, contraception, STI management) and Mental Health. Mindset:A data-driven, adaptable collaborator who enjoys working with Operations to balance high-quality clinical care with efficient workflows. Growth & DevelopmentWe invest in our providers.
