In this role, you won't be sitting on the sidelines — you'll be at the center of how we develop our Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators. If you've led people, trained crews, and know what it takes to build operational excellence in high-stakes environments, this is the transition opportunity you've been looking for.This is a full-time SkillBridge placement at our Cherry Hill, NJ office and is only available for Skillbridge eligible transitioning service members. What You'll DoFacilitate structured technical training programs for Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators — delivering curriculum that is practical, field-relevant, and built for professionals who learn by doingPartner with operations leadership to assess training needs and close skill gaps across the project delivery teamSupport the development and refinement of training materials, exercises, and performance assessments — bringing your own operational experience to make the content sharper and more effectiveObserve field operations, project sites, and estimating workflows to stay grounded in how the work actually gets done — and translate that into training that sticksTrack participant progress and provide coaching and feedback throughout the training cycleHelp establish consistent standards across Riggs Distler's project delivery disciplines, contributing to a more capable and scalable workforceSupport other training programs and initiatives as requestedWhat You'll HaveActive duty service member eligible for DOW SkillBridge participationDemonstrated experience training, mentoring, and developing personnel — whether through a formal instructor assignment, TRADOC faculty role, or sustained crew/unit leader development responsibilitiesStrong communication skills — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly to both experienced professionals and those newer to the fieldOrganized, self-directed, and comfortable operating without a rigid daily scriptWork EnvironmentWork is performed in a typical indoor office environmentFlexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no noticeMust be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writingMobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environmentsAbility to occasionally lift up to 20 poundsLegal StuffPass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screensProvide valid US work authorization documents for E-VerifySatisfactory results of pre-employment background check resultsOur Commitment to OpportunityThis job description is subject to change at any time.
