Advanced degree preferred.Licenses/Certifications: Certified Public Accountant preferredExperience / Knowledge / Skills:Minimum seven (7) years of work experience in net revenueEffective oral and written communication skillsRevenue accounting knowledge and experience requiredSkills must include analytical capabilities sufficient for providing net revenue observationsWorking knowledge of net revenue and reimbursement structures from commercial and government payorsExperience retrieving data from various systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCAPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESLead level analyst; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staffSupports monthly financial close process with specific focus on ensuring data content accuracy, preparing trend models, researching rate variance explanations and communicating findings.
