This role is critical to scaling a global SaaS business, ensuring accurate and compliant revenue reporting while enabling complex commercial arrangements.Operating at the intersection of accounting, legal, sales, and systems, this leader will oversee end-to-end revenue accounting under ASC 606 and IFRS 15, maintain audit-ready processes across global entities, and drive continuous improvement across the quote-to-cash ecosystem, including NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).ResponsibilitiesRevenue Accounting & Close OwnershipOwn end-to-end revenue recognition under ASC 606 and IFRS 15 across SaaS subscriptions, professional services, usage-based, and revenue share arrangementsApply the five-step revenue model to complex, multi-element arrangements including bundled offerings, multi-year contracts, and variable consideration structuresDeferred Revenue and Unbilled reconciliation for multiple entities, product lines, and revenue streamsEnsure accurate and timely revenue reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processesTechnical Accounting & Contract ReviewEvaluate new and modified contracts to determine revenue recognition implicationsPartner with legal, deal desk, and sales operations to review non-standard terms and provide structuring guidancePrepare clear, audit-ready technical accounting memos supporting conclusions and judgmentsIdentify and document key differences between ASC 606 and IFRS 15, supporting dual-GAAP reporting where requiredRevenue Share & Partner ArrangementsLead accounting for reseller, partner, and revenue share agreementsPerform principal vs. agent assessments and determine gross vs. net revenue presentationEstimate and constrain variable consideration using appropriate methodologiesDevelop and maintain revenue waterfall models and support reconciliation to partner statementsAudit & ComplianceServe as primary point of contact for auditors on all revenue-related mattersMaintain audit-ready documentation, including contract review frameworks and system configurationsEnsure compliance with internal controls and global accounting policiesTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of revenue accountantsEstablish scalable processes and review frameworks to support company growthFoster strong cross-functional collaboration across finance, legal, and commercial teamsAnd other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA strongly preferred8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4 years in revenue accounting within a SaaS or recurring revenue environmentDeep expertise in ASC 606, with demonstrated experience applying the five-step model to complex arrangementsWorking knowledge of IFRS 15 and experience supporting multi-GAAP or international reporting environmentsHands-on experience with NetSuite, including Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)Preferred SkillsExperience with revenue share, reseller, or partner/channel arrangementsFamiliarity with quote-to-cash tools such as Salesforce CPQ, ZoneBilling, SuiteBilling, RevPro, or WorkivaExperience supporting international entities with multiple currencies and statutory reporting requirementsInvolvement in NetSuite ARM implementations, upgrades, or significant system enhancementsWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate, compliant, and audit-ready revenue reporting across all entitiesEfficient close processes with strong controls and minimal audit adjustmentsScalable systems and processes that support complex and growing deal structuresStrong partnership with commercial teams to enable business growth while managing riskAdditional Details* Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification and passport/ID validation.* Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
