Events Manager – DCB Hospitality Group (Orange County)DCB Hospitality Group is looking for an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven, and sales-focused Events Manager to join our team in Orange County.This Job requires that you work in office in Irvine, CA and travel to restaurants in Orange County.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences from first inquiry through execution.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for all event inquiries across four restaurant locationsHandle incoming calls, emails, and leads with a strong focus on converting inquiries into booked eventsGuide clients through the planning process, including menus, layouts, and logisticsCoordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless executionAct as the on-site host for events, welcoming parties and ensuring a smooth experience from arrival through departureBuild and maintain relationships with repeat clients and local businessesWhat We’re Looking For:Strong sales mindset with the ability to close and upsell eventsGenuine passion for hospitality and guest experienceHighly organized with attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable managing multiple events and locations at onceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalPrior experience in restaurant events, catering, or hospitality sales preferredIf you’re someone who enjoys owning the full event lifecycle and being the face of the experience on-site, we’d like to hear from you.Hourly Rate $25 - $30 per hour DOE plus Event Commissions
