Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Manager based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility to work from home. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events hosted at The Globe Theatre. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their requirements, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring all events run seamlessly. Additionally, the Event Manager will take the lead in maintaining schedules, overseeing staff, and addressing any challenges to create a memorable guest experience. Qualifications Event planning, logistics coordination, and timeline management experienceTeam leadership, vendor management, and staff coordination skillsBudget management, cost optimization, and financial tracking skillsStrong communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in event management software and toolsPrevious experience in the event, hospitality, or entertainment industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
