If you’re a great engineer who’s ready for their next adventure, then we’re looking for you.We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and energetic individual as a Senior Software Engineer to assist in software testing activities for our cloud-native SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will work in one or more of the following areas: Design and execute manual tests in a timely manner, based on both functional and customer requirements. Maintaining and continuously improve manual test plans and procedures. Efficiently test a web application from both the end user perspective as well as the technical code perspective. Responsible for the scrum team's Software testing efforts (mainly Black box testing). Be a quality advocate to the scrum team and ensure the team follows Quality processes. Work within a Scrum environment. Participate in design discussions with the product owner and the team to understand customer requirements and design appropriate solutions. Evaluate code changes to identify additional test scenarios beyond the customer requirement. Work closely with SDETs and software development from design to implementation of a solution. Use of Windows servers and server virtualization Use of relational databases – Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering degrees. 2 years or more experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Require thorough understanding of Software Testing and Quality Assurance practices. Knowledge and/or experience with testing a SaaS/Cloud-based/multi-tenancy product offering configured using Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge and/or experience with evaluating automated tests for appropriate coverage of test scenarios. Knowledge and/or experience with integration testing (either manual or automated) of multiple enterprise systems. Other Preferred/Bonus skills: Understanding of programming concepts. Knowledge and/or experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, C++ or Java.
