Role: NetApp Migration SMELocation: Centennial, CO (Hybrid – 1 whole week per month)Duration: 12 Months contractPosition Description:Assist with file migrations from Qumulo to NetApp (Launch Enclave – Einstein)Assist with file migrations from the Ground Software Development NFS standalone server (gswdevnfs01) to NetApp (Launch Enclave – Einstein)Assist with file migrations from the admsnfs VM (backed by Nimble) to NetApp (Launch Enclave – Einstein)Evaluate ~400 corporate volumes/FlexGroups for best utilization of storage efficiencies (dedup/compression/compaction)Assist with rework of replication policies and implement intelligentlyAssist with identifying transient data and moving to new volumes(?)Assist with ideas and implementation for snapshot redesignReview all clusters for best practices and standardizationEvaluate if Encryption key rotation is possible yet for Aggregate-level encryptionActive IQ Unified ManagerAssist with planning for move of SMB services from RHEL8 servers to NetAppReview shares for duplicationReview networking configsEnsure all Service Processors are configured and connected properlyIf we make the purchase for controller or disk expansion, assist with implementation.
