Litigation Paralegal (Remote)

We are a plaintiffs’-side class action firm handling high-stakes cases nationwide, with a focus on data privacy, consumer protection, and antitrust. Our team spans both coasts, but this litigation paralegal position is fully remote, with flexibility in location (or the option to be in-person in Philadelphia).We are looking for an experienced paralegal with stellar attention to detail and organizational skills.Qualifications3+ years experience, ideally in cases in federal court (California state court is also a plus).Strong attention to detail: You will proofread, cite-check, and fact-check documents and maintain case calendars.Excellent written and verbal communication skills: You will communicate with attorneys, clients, and the court and be the last eyes (or sometimes first drafter) of crucial filings.Ability to work independently and remotely: The right candidate will be a dedicated, self-starter who is comfortable staying on top of projects while working remotely.Strong organizational and time-management skills: You will work with several attorneys on several teams.
