Physician – Urology – 1:5 call, not for profit - practice where you vacation in beautiful Montana!

OverviewBenefis Health System is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join an established, collaborative team in Great Falls, Montana. The role serves a population of more than 275,000 across north central Montana and offers clinical autonomy, strong specialty support, and opportunities for professional growth within a large regional tertiary care center.ResponsibilitiesJoin a well-established practice with 4 Urology physicians delivering efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care.Work with a skilled clinical team, including a procedural nurse, surgery schedulers, and an RN clinical manager, to focus on patient care.Perform outpatient procedures in four fully equipped clinic procedure rooms; access surgical services nearby with access to multiple operating rooms and a dedicated cystoscopy suite.Engage in broad general urology with the opportunity to develop subspecialty interests (pediatrics, endourology, reconstructive urology, female urology, infertility, oncology).Collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists through a regional cancer center and participate in a weekly multidisciplinary Tumor Board.Leverage a robust referral network and benefit from Epic EMR with opportunities to integrate AI tools and customize scheduling templates.Coordinate with the team to manage clinic hours, call duties, and on-call coverage as outlined below.Work Schedule & CallClinic hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate physician preference.Call Rotation: 1:5; Call Coverage: single emergency departmentCall Volume: approximately one consult per day while on callWeekend Volume: approximately one surgical case per weekendCompensation & BenefitsGuaranteed base salary with productivity and performance bonus incentivesGenerous sign-on bonus and relocation assistanceEight weeks of paid time off annually$6,000 annual CME and licensure allowanceRetirement benefits with 5–7% employer match plus 457(b) optionPaid malpractice insurance with tail coveragePhysician wellness programs supporting personal and professional developmentAbout Benefis & CommunityEpic EMR system in a stand-alone, financially stable not-for-profit health system with strong leadershipRegional tertiary center with robust specialty support and regional cancer instituteVibrant community in Great Falls, MT, with access to outdoor recreation and a high quality of lifeBenefis Health System is one of Montana’s largest tertiary centers with a level II trauma designationMore than 460 employed physicians and advanced practice providers on the medical staff across 40+ specialtiesFor more information, visit www.benefis.org or contact EricaMartin@benefis.org or ProviderCareers@benefis.org. #J-18808-Ljbffr
