Physician - Urology - 1:5 call, not for profit - practice where you vacation in beautiful Montana!

Benefis Health System, a large regional tertiary care center in Great Falls, is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join our established and collaborative team. This position serves a population of more than 275,000 patients across north central Montana and offers an exceptional balance of clinical autonomy, specialty support, and quality of life. Position Overview You will join a well-established practice with 4 Urology physicians delivering efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care. The practice provides four spacious, fully equipped procedure rooms and is supported by a skilled clinical team, including procedural nurses, surgery schedulers, and an experienced RN clinical manager. The role offers a broad scope of general urology with flexibility to develop subspecialty interests such as pediatrics, endourology, reconstructive urology, female urology, infertility, and oncology. Collaboration with medical and radiation oncologists through the regional cancer center and participation in the weekly multidisciplinary Tumor Board are integral to the position.
