You’ll help design solutions, review code, guide engineers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure software.What You’ll Be Doing• Leading development of complex software applications • Writing clean, maintainable code and reviewing work from other engineers • Helping guide technical decisions and architecture • Mentoring developers on the team • Troubleshooting issues and improving system performance • Working closely with product and business teams on requirements and timelinesTech Environment• C# / .NET • React • SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) • Azure / Azure DevOps • Microservices & REST APIs • Git / CI-CDWhat They’re Looking For• ~8+ years of software development experience • Strong background building scalable applications • Experience leading projects or mentoring developers • Solid experience with cloud environments and modern development practices • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentNice to Have• Mobile development experience • Experience deploying apps to Apple App Store or Google Play • React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, or similar cross-platform frameworks
