Case Manager - Workforce Program

Job description:Workforce Case ManagerSeeking a full-time Case Manager to join our Workforce Development team. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Workforce Development, this position is responsible for student retention, maintaining day-to-day operations to ensure programs and services are achieving impactful outcomes for trainees and employer partners.This position is responsible for providing holistic support to adult learners to help adult learners successfully complete training programs to transition into employment. This role focuses on overcoming barriers to persistence by offering academic guidance, personal support, and connections to internal and external resourcesEssential Functions:· Provide one – one coaching and counseling to adult learners facing academic, personal, or logistical challenges· Identify at-risk students early through data tracking, attendance monitoring, and instructor feedback· Work with students to develop individualized student success and retention plans to support program persistence and completion· Connect students to internal and external resources such as ESL, GED, childcare, etc.· Collaborate with program instructors and other departments· Maintain accurate, confidential records and document all student interactions in case management system or CRM· Monitor student progress and follow up regularly to support retention milestones and career transitions· Participate in orientation and onboarding sessions to support student transition into the program· Contribute to retention strategy development, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives· Performs other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:· Experience working in adult education, job training programs, or in a non-profit setting· Experience working with diverse populations· Crisis intervention or de-escalation skills· Familiarity with trauma informed practices and holistic student support models· Motivated, self-starterMinimum Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree in vocational rehabilitation, psychology, social work, special education, or a related fieldExcellent organization and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and communication skillsPay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year· Proficiency in MS Office, calendar management tools, and CRM systems· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel locallyJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
