Computer Numerical Control Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate HAAS CNC milling machines to produce high-quality, precision components. This is a critical role requiring hands-on experience with HAAS equipment and the ability to step in with minimal training.Pay: Up to $25 per hourSchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate HAAS CNC milling machinesLoad appropriate metal materials onto machinesMonitor machine performance and adjust for tool wear, material issues, or calibration problemsInspect raw materials for correct type, thickness, and gradeMeasure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracy against blueprintsIdentify and report nonconforming parts or production issues to the supervisorPerform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshootingFollow all safety guidelines and company ISO quality proceduresQualifications and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience operating HAAS CNC milling machinesExperience with HAAS CNC mills and lathes is requiredAbility to read and interpret engineered drawings and technical documentsStrong understanding of machining processes and precision measurement toolsBasic math skills including working with fractions and decimalsKey RequirementsMust have direct experience with HAAS CNC equipmentAbility to contribute immediately with little to no learning curveStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality
