Transparency, collaboration, and client success form the foundation of DMK’s project management approach.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role based in the Western Texas area. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project management for construction initiatives, with an emphasis on new data center builds, renovations and power infrastructures. Key responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and resources; ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and utility providers; managing project logistics and inspections; and providing transparent, consistent updates on project progress. The role requires effective leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of projects that exceed client expectations.QualificationsStrong expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee complex construction projects from conception to completion.Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely coordination and delivery of materials and services.Experience with Inspection processes and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout project execution.Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordinating resources, scheduling, and supply chain oversight.Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.Familiarity with power/utility coordination is required.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
