Subject Line: Registered Nurse / Critical Care - $1,900 to $2,100 per week in Cordova, TN Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Cordova, TN Agency: RadGov, Inc Pay: $1900- $2100/week for traveler / Local pay rate :$49 Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Location: Cordova, TN Assignment: 8 Weeks | Days 5x8-Hour Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly Pay Package Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $1,075.20 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $1,080.00 Weekly Overtime Pay (Taxable) $0.00 Weekly Gross $2,155.20 Job Description A Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting patients and their families. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, healthcare teams, and support staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and record patient symptoms, vital signs, and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and safety standards Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants when applicable Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on department) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (if ADN is minimum requirement) 1–2 years of clinical experience (specialty experience if applicable, e.g., ICU, ER, Pediatrics) Specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, PALS, TNCC depending on unit) Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Core Competencies Compassion and empathy Attention to detail Time management and organization Team collaboration Problem-solving and decision-making Ethical and professional conduct Apply now to start your next travel adventure!
