Posted: 03/31/2026 Job Number: 148887 Job DescriptionMadden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to find an experienced and skilled Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator for their manufacturing client located in Hillsboro, OR.Salary: $80,000/yearJob SummaryEnvironmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support safety and environmental compliance in a manufacturing environment.This role is responsible for maintaining OSHA compliance, reducing workplace risk, and supporting safety programs across the facility.ResponsibilitiesConduct safety inspections and identify workplace hazardsEnsure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulationsInvestigate incidents and implement corrective actionsManage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programsDeliver safety training (LOTO, forklift, hazard communication)Maintain SDS, chemical inventory, and hazardous waste programsSupport safe operation of machinery and new equipment installationsPromote safety awareness and participate in audits and safety meetingsComplete annual reports, DEQ, OSHA 300, Air permits, etc.Qualifications• 1-2 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environment• Knowledge of OSHA standards, LOTO, and hazard analysis• Strong communication and organizational skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred• Forklift experience or certification preferredBenefits• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Tuition Reimbursement
