Manufacturing EHS Coordinator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to find an experienced and skilled Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator for their manufacturing client located in Hillsboro, OR.Salary: $80,000/yearJob Summary* Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support safety and environmental compliance in a manufacturing environment.* This role is responsible for maintaining OSHA compliance, reducing workplace risk, and supporting safety programs across the facility.Responsibilities* Conduct safety inspections and identify workplace hazards* Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions* Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs* Deliver safety training (LOTO, forklift, hazard communication)* Maintain SDS, chemical inventory, and hazardous waste programs* Support safe operation of machinery and new equipment installations* Promote safety awareness and participate in audits and safety meetings* Complete annual reports, DEQ, OSHA 300, Air permits, etc.Qualifications1-2 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentKnowledge of OSHA standards, LOTO, and hazard analysisStrong communication and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferredForklift experience or certification preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceTuition Reimbursement401-K, PTO, 11 Paid Holidays and more!
