This role is responsible for safely moving, loading, and staging materials to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety throughout the facility.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materialsTransport products throughout the warehouse and production areas as neededPerform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety issuesAccurately follow pick lists, shipping/receiving instructions, and supervisor directionAssist with general warehouse duties including palletizing, wrapping, and staging ordersMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standardsSupport inventory accuracy through proper handling and placement of materialsMust HavesAt least 1 year experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or distribution settingStrong focus on safety and attention to detailAbility to lift, move, and handle materials as required in a warehouse environmentDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamPreferred SkillsExperience in high-volume warehouse or distribution environmentsFamiliarity with RF scanners or basic warehouse management systemsExperience with pallet jack or other material handling equipmentPrevious experience working in shipping/receiving operations
