Job DetailsDescriptionThe Miami HEAT and the Kaseya Center are now hiring for Maintenance. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean appearance of the parking facilities by performing all assigned maintenance and cleaning tasks, as well as assisting the Maintenance supervisor in prepping the area for events within a timely manner.Essential Duties & Responsibilities General cleaning of the garageOperate Sweeper and pressure washersEvent barricade set up and pick-upPressure wash, re-striping of lines, and any other paint duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.Substitute for cashiers when necessaryAssist Maintenance Supervisor with Traffic Management PlanDesired QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
