At WDL we pride ourselves on quality and execution, which is only possible because of our experienced and talented team. Simply put, Our Landscapes are "Built to Last".Core Responsibilities:Leadership and Management of Installation Team and Support Staff.Manage landscape installation projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and clear communication.Develop strong positive relationships with installation crews, staff, and clients.Coordinate with WDL team to ensure quality standards are met.Purchase Materials as needed.Oversee install schedules.Ensure Projects are delivered on time and on budget.Lead training exercises.Promote and participate in safety, equipment, and other training.Required Skills and Values:Enjoy working outside in various weather conditions3 years of experiencePlant Knowledge and Landscaping knowledgeCollaborate with different departments to ensure efficient operationsExcellent customer service skills a mustBasic Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, etcCurrent/valid driver's licenseCompensation is commensurate with experienceMaintain a high level of integrity and have a good attitude.Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceLife InsuranceVision InsuranceAdditional Life Insurance401k (after 12 months)Company Vehicle
