The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and advancing advocacy priorities, fostering strategic partnerships, and overseeing regulatory monitoring and reporting. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the Board of Directors, member state medical boards, and various external stakeholders. The role demands a confident, relationship-driven leader with a proven track record in government relations, strategic advocacy, and policy leadership. The SVP will also serve as the organization's primary advocate, representing it on the national stage and driving legislative, regulatory, and advocacy efforts. The ideal candidate for the Senior Vice President, Government Affairs position at the company will be a dynamic and distinguished executive, team-oriented, agile, and aligned with the organization's values-driven culture. They must be a polished, credible spokesperson, and a strategic, disciplined manager capable of building and managing high-performing teams.
