Applications Engineer The Applications Engineer works directly with engineering and technicians utilizing a hands-on approach that supports daily floor activities by creating, analyzing, and improving machining processes to achieve optimal performance utilizing multi-axis Swiss CNC Machines. Position Requirements: Must be proficient in programming, tool selections, applications and setup with the ability to instruct and train operators Brings a good positive attitude willing to tackle the daily challenges as the department manager. Proficient with reading engineering drawings and familiarity with GD&T principles Generate efficient toolpaths utilizing both CAM software and direct hand coding Develop manufacturing processes ensuring stability and repeatability Select proper cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding, etc.
