Flight Control Engineer

ResponsibilitiesPerforms and documents analysis and design of Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems to validate or assess the system design or models.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering• 5-7 years of technical experience working with Flight Controls.Experience with System Safety Analysis including failure modes and effects analysis; fault tree analysis; common cause analysis, and single & multiple failure analysis• Knowledge/Experience with ARP 4754 and ARP 4761• Experience with flight controls system and component architecture• Experience in requirements development, design, analysis, and verification & validation of flight control systems• Experience using requirement management tools such as IBM Rational DOORS• Experience with manufacturing regulated and certified, safety critical components and software
