Oversees the coordination of all clinical documentation required for completion of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI), and provides oversight regarding the length of stay in collaboration with the clinical team. Conducts ongoing review of the CMS data submitted and the patient's medical record to assure that the documentation is accurate and that the data is congruent. Supervises PPS Coordinator(s) in performing PPS related job functions. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), PT, OT or SLP required Minimum of two years experience in rehabilitation or a closely related field required. Preferred Experience Experience in Utilization Review preferred Experience in Management preferred Experience in ICD-10 coding preferred Experience as a Case Manager in rehabilitation preferred UDSMR Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
