HHC is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports individuals receiving 24/7 services.The Treatment Supervisor must be detail- oriented, work well with others, have good time management skills, possess leadership skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and other computer programs.ResponsibilitiesThe Treatment Supervisor is responsible for developing, writing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating individual habilitation and/or treatment plans for individuals supported at HHC. The Treatment Supervisor facilitates and leads individual plan and program plan meetings and provides training to professional and direct care staff. The Treatment Supervisor monitors ICF regulations and guidelines to ensure services are provided in accordance to those guidelines and must possess the ability to assign, direct and review the work of staff involved in the implementation of habilitation and behavior intervention programs. The Treatment Supervisor supervises a team of Support Care Professionals and leads the interdisciplinary team for each individual supported at HHC on their caseload.Preferred QualificationsTwo or more years of writing and implementing support/care plansFour or more years of supervising staffRequired QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeThree or more years of I/DD experienceLack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.Salary$67,700.64 annually/$2,820.86 per pay periodSchedule8:00 am to 4:30 pm with Saturday and Sunday as days off, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the facility.
