About the Role
As a Process Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production workflows and enhancing manufacturing precision. You will leverage your technical expertise to drive operational efficiency and deliver high-quality engineering solutions within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and elevate product quality standards.
Lead complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met effectively.
Provide expert technical troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing bottlenecks and minimize operational downtime.
Partner with cross-functional departments to integrate Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles into new product launches.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and detailed work instructions.
Execute CNC machine installation and configuration to support evolving production requirements.
Utilize precision measurement and hand metrology tools to validate component accuracy and process stability.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
5+ years of professional experience in a precision manufacturing or motion control environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in CAD software and integrated manufacturing systems.
Strong project management capabilities with a focus on meeting rigorous production deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Proven track record of implementing innovative process solutions.
Advanced knowledge of quality assurance protocols and safety compliance standards.
