Substance Use Disorder Professional - Addiction TreatmentSchedule: Day Shift - 0800-1630Assignment Details:Contract Length: 13 weeksGuaranteed Hours: 40Requirements:Current Washington State SUDP license2 years of experience in addiction treatmentTwo-year degree or equivalent; Bachelor's or Master's preferredTrainees with at least 1800 hours of work experience and an active SUDP license may applyMust work as part of a multi-disciplinary teamRoles & Responsibilities:Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized Substance Use Disorder treatment to assigned patients.Conduct psycho-educational lectures and provide both individual and group counseling.Document patient progress in the medical record.
