Transformation Program Manager

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support their pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis. Transformation Program ManagerLocation: Indianapolis, IN/hybrid Overview: The Program Manager owns end-to-end delivery execution of the Future CRM Program — migration from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM across the International Business Unit and US Commercial. The role is the single point of accountability for delivery hygiene: schedule, budget, scope, risk, and governance across all workstreams and vendors, from Phase 0 through hypercare exit.Key responsibilitiesProgram governance and rhythmRun the program cadence: sponsor reviews, workstream leads, and cross-vendor governance forums.Maintain the integrated program plan; hold workstream owners accountable to milestones and deliverables.Prepare and drive materials and secure executive decisions on schedule.Delivery executionOwn the master program schedule integrating SI, BI, Veeva, and client workstreams.Manage cross-workstream dependencies (Align, Citron, Adobe, SAP, downstream systems).Surface critical-path risks early; drive blockers to resolution.Risk, issue, action, decision (RAID) managementMaintain the RAID log; drive risk mitigation with named owners and dates.Chair the weekly delivery review; ensure open items close on cadence.Financial and vendor managementTrack program budget against baseline; produce monthly burn and quarterly landing forecasts.Coordinate contracting and change-order workflows with Procurement and Legal.Interface with SI, BI, and Veeva program leads; ensure vendor deliverables meet contract and quality standards.QualificationsRequiredTen or more years of program or project management experience in life sciences, pharma, or enterprise SaaS implementation programs.Prior delivery of a $10M+ multi-year technology program with multiple vendors and workstreams.PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.Fluency in hybrid delivery models (waterfall gates with agile execution inside workstreams).Strong stakeholder management and executive sponsor level.Financial acumen: budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation against baseline.Fluent business English.PreferredPrior Veeva Vault CRM (or Vault-family) migration or implementation experience.Life sciences commercial platform expertise (Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or comparable).Familiarity with GxP-adjacent governance (GSOP-1201.1 / GSOP-1201.2) or equivalent CSV frameworks.Experience with SAFe or scaled agile frameworks.Prior pharma delivery experience.
