Utility/Dishwasher Mon-Fri 10am-4:00pm West Lafayette

Position Summary (Please read entire description below before you apply): We are looking for dedicated employees looking to grow within the organization of 900 + locations nation-wide who can commit to a 5 day a week schedule. The Utility person must be capable of washing 100 to 200 cake pans during each shift. Higher during peak volume (Holidays) periods. Help other departments as needed. Unload and put away shipments of ingredients. Clean-up after shift ready to go for the next shift or next day. $16-$18 to start. Increases as capability and dependability are demonstrated. Requirements: Must be available 5 days per week for a 10:00 am to 4:00pm shift. May occasionally work full days during peak (pre-HOLIDAY) times. Summer hours may decrease due to demand. Must have reliable transportation Must have reliable means to communicate (phone, text, email) to fill dropped shifts, change shifts, etc. Reliable: Must attend assigned shifts ready to work Good Physical Condition and strong physical stamina. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. Strong Attention to Detail and willingness to learn Good time management skills Good communication skills Comfortable doing repetitious work and supporting others on the team as needed Have a strong sense of pride in one's work Possess a strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to serve others * Must provide Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) Form showing the employee's identity and employment authorization.
