Meat Utility/Sanitation/Sausage maker

Serve as direct support member to our butchering and specialty production teams. Must be able to complete a variety of tasks. Complete daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks. Core hours 2pm-6pm. Must be able to perform lifting of heavy parts and move equipment for complete sanitation. Looking for someone to help make in house custom products like summer sausage and vacuum seal and label products for display. Must be 18 years old or older. Full or Part-time hours available. Looking for someone willing to train or with experience in making custom meat products like summer sausage, deer sausage, deer jerky, and seasoned sausage. Complete recipe task list. Repeat tasks independently once trained. Complete daily cleaning tasks. Break down cardboard and move to recycle. Sweep/mop daily. Wash and sanitize equipment. Clean sink area. Keep dish area clear.
