If you naturally go above and beyond for people, you will fit right in here.Our team believes great landscapes start with great relationships.What You Will DoAs an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial landscape clients throughout the Oklahoma City region.Your focus will be building long-term relationships while helping clients improve and enhance their properties.You will:Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted advisorVisit properties regularly to ensure quality and identify opportunities for improvementRecommend landscape enhancements that improve appearance, function, or efficiencyCollaborate with our Operations team to ensure crews have what they need to succeedLead client budget conversations and help plan future landscape investmentsHelp resolve concerns quickly while maintaining a high level of client satisfactionPartner with our Accounts Receivable team to support timely paymentsAttend occasional client events and community networking opportunitiesSupport winter snow operations when neededWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleWe are looking for someone who:Has 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, property management, hospitality, or a related fieldTakes ownership and naturally works to make things right for clientsBuilds trust easily and enjoys developing long-term relationshipsCommunicates clearly and professionallyNotices the small details that make a big differenceCan manage multiple priorities and stay organizedIs comfortable learning new technology and systemsHas a valid driver’s license with an approved driving recordA bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferredWhy People Build Careers at Focal PointeWe believe in taking care of our team so they can take care of our clients.Our Account Managers receive:Competitive compensation: $75K–$120K total earnings Company vehicle Cell phone stipendManager uniform allowanceMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off + 6 paid holidaysContinuous educationThis role also offers clear career growth opportunities.About Focal PointeFocal Pointe is a commercial landscape company focused on delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting partnerships with our clients.
