Job DescriptionHeavy Industrial Field Services Project ManagerBrief DescriptionThe Heavy Industrial Field Services Project Manager is a customer-facing role responsible for developing business, scoping and quoting work, and managing heavy industrial service and repair projects from initial customer engagement through project completion. This role blends technical field service, project management, and sales responsibility.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary field-based contact for customersDevelop and maintain customer relationships and identify new service opportunitiesScope, estimate, and quote heavy industrial service and repair projectsSecure customer authorization and manage projects through completionCoordinate shop and field resources to meet scope, schedule, and cost objectivesManage scope changes, negotiate additional costs, and obtain customer approvalsMonitor labor, material costs, and overall project performanceReview and approve final invoices and support accounts receivable effortsParticipate in weekly sales and project review meetingsEnsure safety, quality, and customer service standards are metSupport emergency, weekend, or after-hours field work as requiredQualificationsExperience in heavy industrial field service, project management, or technical salesStrong technical background in industrial equipment, machining, welding, or mechanical systemsProven ability to scope work, estimate costs, and manage multiple projectsStrong customer-facing communication and negotiation skillsAbility to read technical drawings and understand industrial specificationsMust be eligible to work in the US.
