Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Supply Chain Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to support our end‑to‑end purchasing and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process‑driven, and a fast learner who can effectively manage supplier performance, monitor inventory, and ensure the timely flow of materials to support production. Experience in textiles is desired. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Supplier Performance & Order ManagementMonitor and manage supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance; escalate risks and collaborate on corrective actionsTrack open orders to ensure timely delivery; follow up proactively with suppliers on delays, shortages, or discrepanciesMaintain accurate and updated order status in ERP/system dashboardsProcurement & Purchase Order ManagementCreate, issue, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procurement policiesValidate confirmations, lead times, and pricing from suppliersUpdate PO changes, expedite orders, and resolve issues related to quality, quantity, or deliveryInventory ControlMonitor inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess and obsolete stockSupport cycle counts, variance analysis, and root-cause investigationsCollaborate with production and planning teams to forecast material needs and avoid supply interruptionsCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Production, Planning, Sourcing, and Quality teams to maintain material flowSupport internal stakeholders by providing timely and accurate supply chain updatesAssist in logistics coordination for inbound shipments when neededProcess Improvement & ReportingIdentify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing, tracking, and inventory processesPrepare reports on OTD, inventory performance, supplier scorecards, and procurement KPIsSupport ERP data integrity and workflow improvements Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field2–5 years of supply chain or purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturingProficiency with ERP/MRP systemsExcellent Excel and data-analysis skills, excited about AIStrong organizational and time‑management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyProcess-driven, analytical, proactive, and a fast learnerStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsResults oriented and entrepreneurial mindsetBenefits offeredHere are just some of the benefits we offer:· Salary is competitive with the current market· 100% Paid Training· 401k Plan with company match (after 6 months of service)· Medical, Dental, and Vision plans· Company-sponsored Basic Life & AD&D Insurance· Company-sponsored Short-Term and Long-Term Disability· Paid Vacation· Tuition Assistance (including 100% of books)Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume to Erika@crypton.com Crypton LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
