Drugs and Druggists' Sundries Merchant WholesalersApparel, Piece Goods, and Notions Merchant WholesalersProfessional and Commercial Equipment and Supplies Merchant WholesalersMotor Vehicle and Motor Vehicle Parts and Supplies Merchant WholesalersFarm Product Raw Material Merchant WholesalersMajor Activities:Serve as the Supply Chain Management Material Planning interface with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Product Management, and functional support personnel for division Material Requisition (MR) planning and approval processes.Key Responsibilities:Analyze manual purchase requisitions for proper approvals, quality codes, and data packages.Determine planning paths based on MRP data analysis.Minimize excess inventory by analyzing MRP planning across multiple locations and facilitating material transfers between sites.Perform Oracle Master Scheduling and Planning for independent and dependent demand.Execute project transfers to align inventory with operational requirements.Verify requirements using systems such as Oracle (MRP), TipQA, and Teamcenter.Conduct planning analysis and generate reporting insights.Create charts and reports for management review.Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, SE, and Production teams as required.Work with SCM Operations representatives to resolve planning-related issues.Assist material requisition requesters with requisition creation and status tracking.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.3–5 years of overall professional experience.Minimum 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:Supply Chain ManagementManufacturing OperationsStrong knowledge of MRP planning (discrete and inventory-based) and analysis preferred.Experience with Cognos Enterprise Reporting/Data Warehouse is desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
