Litigation Paralegal

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with all aspects of litigation from case inception through trialDraft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondenceManage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court schedulingCoordinate and prepare discovery materials, document productions, and exhibitsConduct legal and factual researchCommunicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendorsPrepare deposition summaries and trial notebooksAssist with trial preparation, hearings, mediations, and arbitrationsMaintain billing time entries and assist with administrative litigation support tasksQualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredParalegal certificate preferred3+ years of litigation experience preferredStrong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filing systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal management softwareExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExperience with document management and e-filing systems requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, life and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionPaid time off and holidaysWork EnvironmentFull-time positionHybrid/remote flexibility based on business needsFast-paced, collaborative legal environment
