If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply and become part of our growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labelsCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and staging of ordersSchedule and arrange transportation for outgoing shipmentsVerify shipment accuracy and completeness against orders and invoicesMaintain records of shipped items and update inventory management systemsInspect outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies and resolve issues promptlyCommunicate with carriers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedulesEnsure compliance with safety, security, and company policies during shipping operationsSkills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse certifications are a plusProven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if applicable)Good communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyBasic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management and shipping softwareAbility to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periodsJoin our team and enjoy a collaborative work environment that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
