Logistics & Freight Operations Associate (Warehouse-Based)

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Freight Operations Associate to support daily warehouse and freight forwarding operations, including air, ocean, and ground shipments. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with shipment coordination and documentation support in a fast-paced logistics environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, pack, and stage shipments for air, ocean, and ground transportAssist with inbound and outbound cargo handlingSupport freight forwarding operations, including local and international shipmentsMaintain accurate shipment records and documentationOperate warehouse equipment including forklift (training provided if needed)Use logistics software, scanners, and office equipmentCoordinate with team members, drivers, and operations staffEnsure compliance with safety, security, and TSA-related proceduresRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent6 months–3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or freight operationsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBasic computer skills (scanners, printers, warehouse or logistics software)Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsValid driver's licenseAuthorized to work in the U.S.Preferred QualificationsExperience in freight forwarding or logistics operationsForklift experience or certificationBilingual (English / Spanish)TSA certification (or willingness to obtain)Schedule & LocationFull timePart-timeMonday–Friday, day shiftOn-site in Doral, FL 33166What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceTrainingStable weekday scheduleOpportunity to grow within logistics and freight operationsSupportive, team-oriented work environment
