You will be a key player in supporting a growing practice, handling complex portfolios with a high degree of autonomy.What You Will Be DoingSearch & Clearance: Conducting comprehensive trademark searches and clearance using the USPTO database.Filings & Prosecution: Preparing and filing trademark applications and managing the prosecution lifecycle, including responding to office actions.Portfolio Management: Managing diverse client dockets accurately using the CPI system.International Coordination: Coordinating with foreign counsel on international trademark filings and global portfolio maintenance.Client Liaison: Communicating directly with clients to provide updates and manage their trademark matters.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a dedicated Trademark Paralegal within a law firm environment.Proficiency with the USPTO trademark database and hands-on experience with the CPI docketing system.Superior written communication skills; you should be comfortable drafting high-level client-facing correspondence.Relevant paralegal certification or equivalent professional experience.Ability to work on a hybrid basis from the New York, NY office.Submission RequirementPlease include a cover letter with your application.
