Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $26 per hour Shift: 1st 5am- 3:30pm Monday-Friday What's a typical day as Tablet Coating Supervisor? You'll be: Overseeing tablet press and coating operations, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Supervising equipment operation, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress of direct reports. Conducting new employee orientation, safety training, and on-the-job training. Completing production documentation and ensuring batch records are accurate and complete. Monitoring Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), investigating non-conformances and deviations. Coordinating with maintenance, quality assurance, and laboratory teams to resolve production issues. Performing routine spot checks, reinforcing safety and operating procedures, and preparing production reports. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred). Bring previous manufacturing experience, ideally 3-6 months as a Tablet Press Operator. Are proficient in oral and written English, basic math, computer, and communication skills. Possess strong judgement, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities. Can stand and walk on hard surfaces for up to 4 hours at a time and lift up to 50lbs. Are comfortable using personal protective equipment (PPE) and operating a pallet jack.
