Lead endtoend delivery of the migration to a critical thirdparty Customer Service applicationPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure ontime, onbudget deliveryImprove project structure and delivery discipline where prior execution has stalledCoordinate delivery across multiple workstreamsEnsure business strategy is effectively planned and executed by partnering with Business project managers and Functional leadsTrack BHE deliverables from internal IT teams and coordinate with business partners on testing needsCoordinate infrastructure readiness, hosting, environments, and deployment planningDrive System Integration Testing (SIT) coordination, UAT readiness, and golive planningCommunicate project status clearly to leadership, including Clevel, executiveready reportingManage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverablesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
