EST is preferred (Client PREFER REMOTE STRONG CANDIDATES OVER LOCAL) DURATION – 12 MONTHS MUST HAVEOverview We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to partner closely with leadership to drive strategy and execution across enterprise technology initiatives. This role supports broad, cross-functional efforts rather than a single domain, with a strong focus on advancing fullstack development capabilities within an enterprise environment (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, and related platforms). The TPM will help shape and execute the transition toward modern, fullstack-driven solutions, working closely with engineering and product leadership to drive forward strategic initiatives. This individual will operate independently, with minimal coaching, and serve as a key contributor to both technical direction and execution.Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to define and execute technical strategy across enterprise platforms and initiativesHelp drive the organization's evolution toward fullstack development within an enterprise ecosystemSupport strategic initiatives including platform modernization, integration, and potential acquisition-driven capabilitiesTranslate complex technical concepts into enterprise-ready solutions and roadmapsOperate at a TPM level to proactively move initiatives forward, rather than simply executing defined tasksFullstack & Enterprise Platform Enablement Support the design and delivery of fullstack solutions that integrate across enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)Drive alignment across teams working within legacy and modern application environmentsHelp bridge gaps between platform-based development (e.g., ServiceNow) and broader fullstack engineering approachesEnsure solutions are scalable, cohesive, and aligned to enterprise architecture standardsCross-Functional & Executive Communication Serve as a liaison between engineering, product, and leadership teamsBuild and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communicationsClearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPartner with leadership to help guide strategic direction and decision-makingRequired Skill Set & Experience Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (strong technical foundation required)Ability to engage directly with engineers and understand architectural and development tradeoffsExperience contributing to or influencing technical strategy at an enterprise levelBackground working in enterprise environments leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, or similarExposure to or experience with fullstack developmentExperience leading or supporting programs that integrate multiple enterprise systemsFamiliarity with Agile frameworks and ability to introduce best practicesStrong executive communication skills, including building reporting and insightsAI & Automation Mindset – Required Demonstrated interest and willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools and approachesAbility to articulate how AI is being used (current or future state) to improve development and business outcomesComfortable operating in environments where AI is shaping development practicesTechnology Preferences Azure (Azure-first environment)Experience working with enterprise data platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI)Experience Level Able to operate independently with minimal oversightComfortable stepping into ambiguous environments and driving clarity and progressFunctions at a strategic TPM level, influencing both execution and direction
