Driven by a culture of integrity and innovation, the company continues to push boundaries while delivering reliable, high-end solutions that stand the test of time.This high-level Operations management role will lead a team of Supervisors, Technicians, and Engineers to support day-to-day operations and enhance safety, cost, delivery, and quality of Classic and PRO series fabricated parts. They will also collaborate with all departments to problem-solve and find solutions.The ideal candidate will possess experience leading lean initiatives within a lean operation, as well as demonstrated skills in creating effective teams, developing direct reports, organizational flexibility, decision quality, and analyzing work completed. They will also be creative, customer-focused, driven, and collaborative, with strong technical skills. Apply today!Work model:On-Site7:00 AM - 4:00 PMMonday - FridayWhat you will do:Manage a team of 10-12 engineers, technicians, and supervisors, including identifying and implementing initiatives to meet business objectivesPartner with departmental leaders to ensure they have the ability to meet the fabrication goals given by the Site Leader and BU LeaderDirect others on how to identify operational waste and prioritize activity to enhance impactRecognize and prioritize drivers that are negatively affecting performance dataPerform data analytics and identify root causes by coordinating cross-functional resourcesSupport brainstorming of solution options, identifying the highest value-creating solution; execute solutionsImplement initiatives to improve Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Quality by prioritizing organizational needs and organizing cross-functional resourcesWhat you will need to be successful:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related fieldOutstanding leadership and communication skillsA professional and positive attitudeUnderstanding of lean operations; experience driving lean initiatives in a manufacturing environment5-10 years of experience in an operational role3-5 years of leadership experience in an operations environment5 years of Lean and/or 6 Sigma experienceExcellent computer and analytical skillsExperience with root cause analysis, experimental design, and cross-functional leadershipBenefits overview:Health, dental, and vision insurance401kPTO
