Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer located in Arlington, VA. The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions, focusing on back-end development and programming tasks. Responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications while applying object-oriented programming principles. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software performance and reliability. Qualifications Knowledge and application of Computer Science principlesExperience in Back-End Web Development and Software DevelopmentProficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologiesAbility to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team membersKnowledge of system optimization and scalability is a plus
